news flash Tuesday 3rd November: Liam Arthurs flew over from Canada and recorded a bass guitar track, and a bass solo, for the new album IN AND OUT OF TIME. Ric Jerrom also made contact and came up from Bath for the day. Ric and Liam last played together on JUMBLE LANE in 1971. Also there for the mini reunion were Mike & Shirley Levon, Mick Welsh, Pete Taylor and Chris Coombs.

news flash
Another recent visitor to Holyground was Bob Ironfield. Bob audiotioned a very young Bill Nelson for his band "The Teenagers" in the late sixties. Bill was 14 or 15, still at school. The audition was for a rhythm guitarist. However, even at that early age, Bill was impressive and landed the job of co-lead guitarist with Bob.

news flash Steve Channing married this Summer: to the lovely Helen. The festivities were held in the Boston area in Lincolnshire. The lovely Helen was, well, lovely, and Steve looked very fetching in his kilt! opposite.
Steve
appeared first on Jumble Lane, and in 1975 as Chick Shannon of TEARS ON THE CONSOLE. He also appears on "& Strangeness And CHarm", on on the new album, see below.

news flash We hope to finish our new album IN AND OUT OFTIME next Summer, and we would love to have as many people from HG's past on it as possible - even if they only sing in the football cround on 'Best Foot Shoes'. Please email with offers!
